Returns Policy

Returns Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal care appliances
  • Food items and perishable goods
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Opened software and DVDs

Return Process
To return an item:

  1. Contact us via the website form to request a returns authorization
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original receipt or order confirmation
  4. Use a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or faulty goods. We recommend using insured mail for valuable items.

Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of discovery
  • Provide photos showing the fault
  • We will arrange collection at our expense
  • Choose between repair, replacement, or refund

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection occurs within 5 working days
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

  • Different size or color (subject to availability)
  • Alternative products of equal value
  • Store credit for future purchases

Sale Items
Sale items can be returned for store credit only within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days. The original proof of purchase is required.

International Returns
International customers:

  • Contact us before returning
  • Include customs declaration as “Returned Goods”
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is at customer’s expense

Damaged in Transit
If items arrive damaged:

  • Keep all packaging and documentation
  • Take photos of the damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange collection and replacement

Made to Order Items
Custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty. Please check measurements carefully before ordering.

Return Address
The returns address will be provided when your return is authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Late Returns
Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion for store credit only. A restocking fee may apply.

Faulty Item Resolution
We aim to resolve faulty item claims within 14 working days. Complex cases may require additional time for investigation.
