This 23cm Carving Knife forms part of the Wusthof Classic Ikon range of kitchen knives. Each blade in the range has been created using a single billet of X50 Cr MoV 15 stainless steel which features a unique composition offering exceptional strength and sharpness. With a full tang, two half bolsters and a three-rivet handle, each blade is expertly balanced to provide the very best experience.
