Global presents this 18cm GU-04 Fluted Santoku Knife as part of their UKON Knife collection. Created using Cromova 18 stainless steel with a thicker blade for added strength each blade has an acute 15-degree cutting edge that is 10% sharper, there is also an ambidextrous thumb rest for added comfort.

  Created using premium stainless steel that is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° – 58° which maintains sharpness for longer and resists rust, stains and corrosion longer than other steel.
• 10% Sharper Blade Edge
  Ukon blades are subjected to enhanced grinding and finishing work allowing them to be 10% sharper out of the box.
