Global’s GS-Series GS-57 11cm fluted Santoku knife provides excellent cutting performance and longevity through high-quality manufacturing processes and design. Part of the award-winning G-Series range, the blade of the knife has been created using CROMOVA18 stainless steel that is sharpened to a 15-degree angle proving unmatched cutting performance.   Created using CROMOVA18 stainless steel that is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° – 58° which maintains sharpness for longer and resists rust, stains and corrosion longer than other steel.
• Balanced Features
  Based on Samurai tradition each Global knife has a hollow weighted handle to provide the right balance during use to provide excellent control.
• Hygienic Design
  Seamlessly designed with smooth contours help to eliminate food and dirt traps, Global kitchen knives are handwash only.
